Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ollie Labs, Inc. ("Ollie", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, APIs, SDKs, and cloud services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an Ollie workspace we collect your name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers. If you use single sign-on, we receive the identifiers your identity provider sends.
Usage and telemetry
We log API requests, SDK version, runtime metrics, error traces, and aggregate usage counts (tokens, runs, tool calls) so we can operate the Services, bill accurately, and improve reliability.
Content you send to the runtime
Ollie processes the prompts, tool inputs, tool outputs, and assistant messages you route through the runtime ("Customer Content"). We process Customer Content solely to provide the Services on your behalf. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models.
Cookies
Our marketing site uses cookies for session management and privacy-respecting analytics. The application dashboard uses cookies only for authentication.
2. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and scale the Services
- Authenticate users and protect against abuse
- Provide observability, evals, and usage reporting to the workspace owner
- Respond to support requests and account communications
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
3. How we share information
We share information with sub-processors that help us run the Services — such as cloud hosting, model providers you have configured, payment processors, and customer support tools. A current list is available on request. We do not sell personal information.
4. Your data, your keys
You can export or delete workspace data at any time. On Enterprise plans, you may bring your own encryption keys, model providers, and storage. Deletion propagates to backups within 30 days.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, network isolation between workspaces, and least-privilege access for personnel. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II; security reports are available under NDA.
6. International transfers
Our primary infrastructure runs in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise them, email privacy@ollie.chat.
8. Changes
We'll post material changes to this page and update the "last updated" date above. We'll notify workspace admins by email for changes that affect how we process Customer Content.
